Collaborate with cross functional team members to deliver innovative product features
Participate in full lifecycle product development - requirements analysis, design and production code implementation with accompanying unit an integration tests
Propose functional and non-functional requirements in order to deliver the appropriate technology solution
Architect, prototype and develop critical components of data collection platform.
Provide expertise in selection of technology, frameworks and languages best suited to fit functional and non-functional product requirements as well delivery timeframe.
Experience/Skills:
Significant track record of providing technical leadership in the development of complex data collection system based on globally distributed mobile or fixed end devices.
Proven effectiveness in mentoring senior and junior developers on production software and unit/integration test design and implementation
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing software solutions that meet system performance goals
Expert in object-oriented design and enterprise application patterns
Java and C++/C# hands-on coding expertise on both Windows and Linux platforms
Experience with JavaScript, JQuerry, XML, JSON
Experience working with DBMS and data model design
Experience with DBMS (MySql, Oracle)
Proficient in designing and developing platform SDK and web services
Demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb product knowledge with the end goal of being recognized as a product expert
7+ years experience defining, architecting and implementing complex systems software products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to collaborate effectively in an Agile development organization with application developers, testers, documentation staff and product managers
Experience with Software as a Service and Platform as a Service solutions is a plus
