Essential Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Required Knowledge:
Implementing and executing training platforms in multiple formats in a multi-unit retail environment.
Writing Training programs
Web-based learning programs and tools.
Dietary and Supplement industry knowledge to include product and regulatory knowledge.

Experience Required:
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and developing associates at multiple levels.

Skill and Ability:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Logical thinker.
Strong cross functional collaborator.
Ability to analyze information, identify problems and develop action plans.
Ability to give counseling and feedback.
Able to work and travel without direct supervision in a fast paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Description:
The Manger of Store Training is responsible for the execution and implementation of learning programs, systems, and tools pertaining to stores operations. The Manager of Store Training ensures that all learning processes and training resources are effective and support the company’s business plan objectives.

Essential Functions:
Field Training Responsible for managing and conducting delivery of a full range of store training programs to ensure that Health Enthusiasts are educated, meet compliance requirements and are provided with the knowledge required to properly engage, educate, sell and assist customers with their health and wellness needs. Review learning materials to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, professional, and designed/developed utilizing established processes. Ensure all materials are updated and relevant. Create and coordinate the content and production of all store training materials cross functionally to include Training & Development, Category Managers, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams. Assist Field Training Managers in the effective delivery of all store related training material. Ensure implementation, consistency of delivery, follow-up and assessment of store training initiatives across all regions. Make training recommendations based on results, analysis, and observations that improve performance. Daily Sales Training Collaborate with Merchandising to develop and maintain calendar of learning activities. Gather, research and select product information and prepare daily communication for Store Manager/Manager on Duty to deliver to Health Enthusiasts in an effort to drive sales. New Store Manager Training Develop the curriculum for Field Training managers to follow in order to effectively train and develop new Store Managers both internally promoted and externally hired. Foster Partnerships Partner with Field leaders on store training and development priorities to support business initiatives. Work collaboratively with Training & Development team on associate development training deliverables for the stores. Evaluate the effectiveness of all store learning and training activities. Work with DMs and the Training & Development team to address gaps and areas needing improvement
Other Functions: Facilitate training classes/seminars. Meet with district managers and conduct stores visits. Travel from 25% to 30%. Participate in special projects as required.
