Serve as an expert in trends, product information and outfitting pertinent to the Company and the customer fashion sense.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit for driving sales and creating business and programs, including point of sale, anthro and outlook.
Interpret and articulate the current styles and trends that are pertinent to the Anthropologie aesthetic.
Maintain an awareness of store concepts and merchandising stories through the Almanac and company tools.
Provide customers with product information that ensures the proper fit and customer satisfaction
Participate in store meetings and fit sessions
Partner with the Visual Manager and Merchandiser to maintain an awareness of fashion trends in apparel and home.
Serve as in inspiration and set a strong example for elevated service standards
Maintain a listing of local resources that are useful for your customer (ex: tailor or dry cleaner).
Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals
Project the company culture while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Demonstrate understanding of systems clientele software
Uphold a highly organized system for maintaining customer communication, data and appointments
Serve as a leader in the store, coaching and training in the moment with staff and partners.
