Must have a High School Diploma.
Knowledge of general office management, procedures and business machine operation.
Outstanding customer service, multi-tasking, time management, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and interact professionally with others.
Proficiency in data entry, filing, and document processing; familiarity with MS Office Suite of Applications and/or school or department automated systems.

Maintain an organized office and protect sensitive/confidential information.
Prepare and distribute written correspondence.
Access, retrieve and file documents according to established systems.

Sort and distribute mail; prepare and distribute mass communications.
Perform data entry, reporting and bookkeeping functions.
