We are looking for Part Time Inside Sales Consultants. These consultants are responsible for conducting high quality customer interviews to determine if pre-qualification criteria are met, and to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Responsible for selling the full product line and achieving balanced performance targets with strict adherence to Medicare guidelines, hardship and payment plan policies. Interacts with the medical community to effectively communicate their patient’s needs, and to gather the required documentation to process a clean claim within Medicare Coverage criteria. Submits high quality, billable claims for processing to internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct high quality customer interviews to determine if they meet Medicare coverage and reimbursement criteria
Consult with customers to determine how The SCOOTER Store (TSS) can best be of service in providing Freedom and Independence
Conduct a 3-way call with the customer and their physician’s office to secure an appointment so the customer may be evaluated for PMD
Communicate the Freedom Guarantee Program in a positive and accurate manner
Be able to honestly and openly communicate The SCOOTER Store advantages over the competition
Verify customer’s insurance coverage on the front-end (both Medicare and secondary insurance providers)
Contact the customer’s medical providers explaining their patient’s needs and our processes.
Facilitate the information gathering process to obtain necessary documentation for clean claim submission
Keep in current contact with customers and physicians throughout the entire qualifying process
Adhere to company, Medicare, and insurance guidelines for clean claim submission, payment plans and hardships
Communicate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Build relationships with customers and the medical community to generate customer referrals
Document and Maintain accuracy of customer information in company systems
Offer the full service offering to customers including, Power Wheel Chairs, Scooters, Accessories and cash sales
Responsible for attainment of established performance and productivity targets
Must conduct all duties and responsibilities in full compliance with Medicare, Insurance and The SCOOTER Store policies, laws and regulations.
