General Human Resources work including but not limited to benefits planning, open enrollment, federal and state compliance, policy updates, applicant tracking, Affirmative Action Plan compliance, recruiting, employee interaction, document scanning and storage, performance management system updates, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools Pursuing a degree program in Business, or a related filed or a strong desire to work in a busy Human Resources department. Be able to intern for atleast 3 months or an entire school semester Internship can be used for Course Credit if degree program requires
