For all online assets (websites, content, tools, marketing efforts, etc.), gather data, analyze results and report findings/recommendations to help leader, marketing team and operational areas make informed, data-driven business decisions. Support online data needs of strategic alliances. Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives.

Applies basic analytical skills to discrete pieces of analysis and well-defined problems. Demonstrates the use of hypothesis/decision based analysis approach. Breaks down issues into subcomponents and determines assumptions and recommends appropriate methods of analysis. Gathers data independently, checks for data integrity/quality and assures analysis output Communicates findings and linkages to leader, marketing team and operational area leaders. Develops recommendations for improved effectiveness. Documents data sources and results Identifies ad-hoc analysis necessary to bring insight to business partners and leaders for recommendations. Support leader¿s efforts to lead online efforts to drive customer value, grow new client acquisition and deepen/strengthen relationships with existing clients. Work with AAH Marketing and operational areas to monitor and support our Social Media strategy. Develop relationships across multiple areas in order to ensure online capabilities and client experience are coordinated with our offline capabilities and client experience. Work with AAH Marketing and operational areas to drive continual testing and analysis to optimize all our websites (auto, home, renters, travel, PHA, etc.) Serve as interactive subject matter expert on user experience and site functionality for all PMO-led strategic online projects. Work very closely with AAH marketing team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of professional experience in web analytics Forward thinking, with track record of using creative approaches to solve problems Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Experience in SAS, SQL and SPSS strongly preferred Experience working with Omniture strongly preferred. Strong knowledge and experience with MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint is required Social media experience preferred. Experience analyzing and making recommendations on site functionality and user experience preferred. Experience with controlled testing/analysis strongly preferred. Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations needed. Proven ability to appropriately challenge strategic thinking, and can influence change in a matrix organization at all levels. Property/Casualty insurance experience is a plus.
