Incumbents of positions in this series lay brick, stone and cement blocks; plaster walls and ceilings; prepare surfaces for plaster or cement work; repair masonry on bridges, walls and fence posts; and perform related work as required.
The basic purpose of this work is to construct, alter, repair and/or maintain surfaces and structures built of concrete, brick and stone.
