Supervise a team of HRIS analysts located onsite within the HRIS department and limited virtual teams.
Assign, direct and evaluate the work of the analysts, proactively coordinate ongoing and future work assignments related to HRIS projects in conjunction with the HRIS Senior Consultant, HRSC or other business partners.
Have responsibility for selection, training and ongoing competency assessment of the analyst team members.
Establish and monitor service levels, metrics, maintenance and accuracy of data for multiple regions and customers, training identified as needed.
Ensure problems are analyzed, resolved and continuous improvement strategies are implemented.
Assist in the data migration, design, development, and full integration of an HRIS system and other HRIS report writing functions.
Provide support and guidance to multiple HRIS analysts, HRIS Consultants and work teams, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are met.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Minimum 5 years HRIS experience; preferably in a shared service environment
Minimum 2 years management experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, HR information systems, business administration, or finance
Human resources experience in a health care setting
