This position is reporting to the director of custodial services. Position will assist the director in managing all aspects of custodial services provided for administrative and academic buildings. This position will manage a staff of 7 supervisors and approximately 100 custodial staff. Assure services meet the cleaning standards required for a comprehensive custodial organization of approximately one and one-half million square feet of office, classroom, dining, and meeting areas. Purchase supplies and equipment. Manage an annual budget of approximately $950,000. Must be able to work in inclement weather. Will be on call to deal with on campus emergencies. The ability to meet with all three shifts required, therefore hours may vary. We are looking for candidates who can advance the University's commitment to diversity and social justice by:

Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree and six years related supervisory experience required. Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications and work management programs required. Certified as a CEH or REH designation is desirable. Six month probationary period required. Valid Vermont driver's license required or ability to obtain one.
Hiring salary range - lower to mid range of the salary pay band.
