Job Descriptions:
We Know Talent, the preferred staffing partner for Marketing Werks, is looking for a high energy, hardworking, and approachable CDL Class B Driver to help redefine conventional marketing. The objective of this program is to engage, educate, and encourage men to take a more active role in their health. Abbvie’s Drive for Five tour goal is to provide free health test assessments to 1 million men over three years. The driver’s responsibility is to safely transport the 37’ mobile health vehicle to various events and retail locations in addition to participating in the activation for 23 consecutive weeks.

Event Execution

Activate at each type of event with an energetic and approachable attitude

Conduct key messaging points and engage consumers

Take photos and video during event

Interact with consumers and client in a professional manner

Lead the event flow and activation

Physical Aspects

Set-up/tear down of event site

Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments during all types of weather

Drive branded coach vehicle during length of tour from market to market

Stand on your feet for an extended amount of time during activation

Administrative Duties

Meet deadlines and complete weekly administrative work (recaps, photos, weekly expenses, timesheets, etc.)

Manage inventory of promotional products, collateral, equipment and event site

Regularly checking event site and vehicle for any irregularities

Strong communication with Marketing Werks staff

Keep DOT driver logs

Length of Tour:
23 Weeks (includes training and wrap-up)

May – November, 2013

Required Experience:
Must have a Class B CDL drivers license

Familiar with DOT laws and regulations

Previous tour experience preferred

Previous emcee experience a plus

Fun, highly energetic and approachable

Familiarity with event site logistics/vehicle/trailer and equipment maintenance

Must enjoy traveling and comfortable being away from home for an extended period of time

Ability to connect with customers about the brand while actively engaging them

Ability to connect with client with professionalism

High personal motivation and a sense of urgency

Flexible and adapt well to challenging situations

Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

Strong communication, writing skills and time management skills

Potential candidates may be asked to submit information for a MVR background check and/or drug test

Potential candidates may be asked to complete a drug test

Must possess a valid drivers license

Must be at least 21 years or older

Must be comfortable lifting up to 80lbs
