Job Title: Online Marketing Manager, Cloud Small Center

Job Reports to: Manager, Marketing Operations and Events
The on-line marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking the performance of the company’s cloud small center on-line lead generation campaigns. The on-line marketing manager participates in the creation of marketing plans for company initiatives, researches and identifies potential placements, and negotiates terms with the publisher.
Research and identify online ad locations and manage online advertising campaigns for small contact center cloud offering
Negotiate favorable terms with 3rd party vendors
Coordinate the development of online campaigns, including concepts and content, based on advertiser requirements, target audience, and placement variables
Track metrics of online ad performance
Audit vendor performance and delivery against insertion orders and deal terms
Manages, builds, and monitors pay-per-click campaigns
Track leads generated and passed to inside sales team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years managing online advertising
Minimum of two years managing pay-per-click campaigns
Hands on experience managing, tracking, and optimizing on-line marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical skills
Basic html skills
Takes direction from manager and is willing to take on project work.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Communicates regularly with peers and management.
Uses computer frequently - must be proficient with Word, Excel, etc.
