The Director, Sales Engineering will lead the region wide sales engineering team to achieve assigned revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Essential Job Functions :
Manage the managers, establish the assignment of engineering resources to the sales teams, set quotas and other management metrics, be the subject matter expert of subject matter experts.
Ensure our sales engineering teams understand customer requirements from a product and technical solution perspective.
Make presentations to and be a subject matter expert for our largest customer opportunities.
Provide feedback to corporate on product/solution needs to meet customer requirements.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required to effectively communicate with management, co-workers, and customers required.
Successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years relevant leadership experience.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to be neat with self and conducts self in a respectable, responsible, courteous manner required.
Portrays a cooperative and positive attitude toward customers, employees, and the Company.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, education and experience.
