We are currently seeking an AMS Services Specialist, netForum to work within a high-performing, agile team environment committed to the design, development, integration, testing, documentation and implementation of new capabilities within our AMS platform. In this new role, you will provide support to staff from the standpoint of training, troubleshooting, and documentation development. You will develop training materials and conduct classes for staff to ensure technology is being used to its full potential within each department. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the system and development of queries for all program areas and data analyses. The successful candidate is one who is a highly motivated self-starter and performs and communicates in a positive, cooperative manner with staff, co-workers, members and vendors.

The successful candidate is one who possesses a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a desktop support, help desk, or support center related environment. Experience in troubleshooting issues with an association management system required; previous net Forum experience highly desired and previous experience with T-SQL programming helpful. Previous experience writing technical documentation and procedures; ability to translate technical information to none-technical terms. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Must be comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, small net Forum support team with routinely shifting priorities.
