Inside Sales Representative – Enterprise Sales
Location: Seattle, WA
Twisted Pair Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join one of our Regional sales team. We are looking for an individual with strong inside sales skills coupled with experience in enterprise software combined with a strong desire to succeed. We value employees that are creative, energetic, proactive and intelligent in their thinking and actions.
This position demands an experienced, confident, and driven Inside Sales person who can understand customer business perspectives and relate those to our solutions. Your goal is to generate revenue and exceed quota. You will be a part of a Regional sales team tasked to develop and grow your territory and meet and exceed your quota. You should have prior experience in the software enterprise sales market as well as a working knowledge of voice communications.

Role and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Build a substantial sales pipeline through aggressive prospecting in your territory based upon the territory plans and goals. Common activities include:
Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
Schedule, facilitate, and participate in on-line demos and meetings
Monitor, Qualify and Manage in-bound Leads:
Strengthen the regional sales pipeline through pro-active and consistent follow-up and qualification of leads generated by inside sales, marketing, partners and other sources. You will manage lead qualification and early-stage sales for your regional sales team.
Qualify and nurture leads into opportunities: enter into pipeline and arrange lead referrals to partners or for direct sales engagement
Position the technical aspects of our WAVE product and technology; effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions and other FAQ's
Team with Field Sales & System Engineering Support:
Develop strong working relationship Western Regional Account Executive & Systems Engineer as you’ll be a critical part of this team and the regions success.
Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executive and Systems Engineer to progress opportunity to close
Close smaller deals with customers over the phone and via webinars
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customers
Report on sales activity, sales forecasts and other quantifiable sales objective measurements
Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using SalesForce.com (including calls, prospect pipeline, account notes, etc.)
To be effective you must be sharp and articulate, and comfortable spending most of your day talking with sales prospect in both business and technical positions. You must be able to communicate efficiently and persuasively with a large assortment of people throughout the workday. The successful candidate must possess extensive demonstrable skills and experiences, including the following:
· You like to win – a lot.
· You are a confident and articulate speaker with the ability to think on your feet.
· You enjoy talking on the phone.
· Hunter style personality who’s a self-starter and willing to hear “no”
· Demonstrable effective sales techniques to drive/contribute to sales, customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term customer
· Open to making 30-40 customer contacts per day
· Ability and desire to cold call: determine budget owner, determine decision makers and influencers, quickly assess need
· Ability to create rapport, qualify and establish need, build value, overcome objections, and close opportunities
· Quickly learn the technical aspects of our WAVE product and technology; effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions and other FAQ's
· 3+ years of successful quota achievement in inside software sales preferably in the communications market, with demonstrated ability to deliver above expectation results in driving pipeline revenue opportunities for enterprise software level deals
· Proficiency with Salesforce.com
· Self-motivated and driven to personally and professionally excel
