Position Title: Principal Manager, Project Controls

Position Description

KBR is seeking a(n) Principal Manager, Project Controls to join its team in a direct hire capacity.

This position will be responsible for all activities related to the project controls function for major construction or overseas projects.

Will ensure that policies and procedures are in place and followed.

Will develop and maintain a controls execution plan, a change control program, and the basic framework for controls functions relating to planning, forecasting, analyzing and reporting.

Provide leadership for Senior Controls Manager and implement the Controls philosophy on a Business Unit level.

Evaluate project performance, assess problem areas and provide solutions to Project Management.

Guide mentor, motivate and foster the career development of other employees.

BS degree in Engineering preferred or an advanced degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management or MBA.

20+ years of experience, 6 of which must be in management.

Strong analytical skills.

Proven leadership ability

Must be willing to relocate to domestic construction or international sites.
