Job Description

Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the Marketing Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (bulleted list; be as descriptive as possible)

  • Provide administrative support for Marketing Department
  • Maintain websites by updating text and loading materials using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Editing marketing and other material content
  • Monitoring group email boxes and responding to inquires
  • Assisting users with the website and other technology
  • Using reporting tools to run reports
  • Maintaining/developing business knowledge
  • Other tasks as assigned
. Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate Required
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with using the Internet
  • 1 year related experience preferred
