JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: The primary role of the Joint Replacement Coordinator is to supervise care for joint replacement surgery patients. The coordinator will guide the admission of these patients to the orthopedic unit and also coordinates discharge and follow-up planning. The coordinator will develop patient and staff education, as well as the oversight of multidisciplinary teams acting as the liaison between the hospital and surgical practice.

- Recent experience in the specialty area is required
5 Years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
Orthopedic Certified Nurse
Medical Surgical Certified Nurse
Master degree in Nursing
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
