Employees in our Process Engineering team draw upon manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering principles to design, analyze, and improve production systems.
termine manufacturing processes and operations, tooling methodology, and associated time standards and manpower to be used to produce new parts/assemblies from detail component fabrication thru final assembly.
They are responsible for co
llaborating with Design Engineering on build-plan methodology, desired production tooling, manufacturability of components and assemblies, and provide associated input/feedback on design.
They author and maintain work instructions and method sheets and create manufacturing bill of materials to break engineering product structure into logical manufacturing structure and sequence.
Process Engineering is responsible for overall facilities layout and analyzes and makes recommendations regarding production facility arrangements for improvements to production capacity, manufacturing flow, new model incorporation, and strategic work transitions.
As product is manufactured, a Process Engineer can expect to work with
cross-functional personnel to analyze and solve production flow issues stemming from sequence of work, balance of tasks, tooling/equipment constraints, and manpower allocation.

ead root cause corrective action investigation to correct production issues and make recommendations for changes to improve products and processes.
dentify, justify, and implement new technology, equipment, and manufacturing techniques to improve safety/ergonomics, reduce manufacturing cost (labor, material, inventory, scrap), and improve product/process quality.
Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related equivalent
Minimum 3.2 GPA
