Position Description

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for generating sales to existing and new customers, with primary emphasis being on generating new business. The Senior Account Executive will present Immedion’s products and services to companies of all sizes across all industry segments, and will be responsible for working with Immedion’s operations and engineering team to develop customer solutions and close sales. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will collaborate with the entire Immedion team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide input on customer and market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, sell and close new business
  • Represent Immedion in the marketplace
  • Update CRM with information regarding contacts, activities and opportunities
  • Network at IT and other related events before, during and after business hours
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years, preferably at least 5 years of outsides sales experience
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency
  • Proven track record of success selling in a technical industry and calling on C-level executives and/or decision makers
  • Strong local contact base and extensive local market knowledge
  • Knowledge of hosting, cloud computing, and outsourcing industry, preferred
  • Bachelor’s or higher level degree, preferred

Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, and annual bonus based on performance
