If so, we are seeking a new Business Analyst to serve as a liaison among SERVPRO® stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the organization. You will be analyzing business and/or technical processes and problems to formulate and develop specifications and design for new/modified systems and applications to meet specific goals.

Gather and organize business requirements.
Analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Interpret user needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
Develop prototypes of the solution functions.
Integrate these requirements into stories that will be used by developers and testers.
Develop time estimate to complete analysis and design.
Contribute in the development and execution of test plans, cases and scripts to validate functionality, integration and regression as each functioning segment of the system is developed.
Assist in system deployment planning and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science OR equivalent experience in a business related role.
2+ years of Business Analyst experience, including successfully: capturing, interpreting, analyzing, documenting, tracking, testing and deploying defined requirements.
Mobile solutions and/or business intelligence experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and extended products, such as Visio and Project.
Exhibits drive and initiative to learn whatever is necessary to explore new solutions.
Self-starter that can work well in a team environment and be able to support development standards.
Excellent analytical ability, integrity, initiative, along with strong customer relationship skills.
Great verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and in a growing industry.
