Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for the claims
adjudication division. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions.

Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans,
including resource, systems, timescales, to support, contribute to, and
integrate within, the organization's annual business plan and long term
strategy.
Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to
activities and products.
Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against
established standards.
Monitor performance according to agreed standards and take
necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created, and
integrate within internal quality management systems.
Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the
improvement and awareness of quality issues across the team members.
Coordinate with the development team/release management team to resolve the issues.
Help with the development team with the product development.
Create detailed process documentation for each implementation, and introduce quality checks and automation wherever possible.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 -15 years of IT project management.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of development experience in C/C++.
Knowledge on Unix/Linux operating system.
Experience on working with PL/SQL on Oracle database.
Written and verbal communication proficiency.
Experience with a team development environment.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt readily to direction change.
Bachelors degree in computer related field required,master's degree preferred.
