Summary of the Position Exciting Product Manager openign for recent MBA graduate to support Genesys Premise T-Servers, Network T-Servers and Load Distribution Server. Working with switch vendors, PCT, other PMs, Sales, SE, PS and Marketing as part of a global team to support Genesys open infrastructure strategy. We will training if you are willing to learn more about the technology previously listed. Responsibilities In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Product requirement planning for all above products Switch and T-Server support roadmap planning Participate in the weekly PCT meetings Manage the VRP bi-weekly meetings Manage Telecom, QA and RD for IOT testing Be the interface to all switch vendors Genesys supports to collect new CTI capabilities and GA release availability of their products Be the interface to the Sales, SE, PS, Marketing, etc for any T-Server related product questions Manage TOI and webinars to inform the internal and external customers for any new T-Server related support, release, IOT results, etc.

Work closely with other PMs to ensure all XPDs identified Work closely with Solution owners to ensure solution level support is planned in the responsible products Manage customer escalations where appropriate QualificationsSkills Required and Preferred 1-3 years product management experience. BSMS in computer science or related field or recent MBA grad. Experience with CTI and Contact Center application Professional and positive work attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the company, including executives Experience with team building and leadership and Negotiation skills AdaptabilityFlexibility Must have ability to multitask Sound decision making ability To apply, please submit your resume to .
