Post by Jobing - Perform online and phone services for members and potential members through incoming calls and online requests, explain services, assist with problem resolution, and build relationships. Perform member requested transactions including, but not limited to, account, wire and Western Union transfers, and stop payment requests; process returned mail; open and close accounts; process share certificates (new and renewal); process loan and credit card payments; take consumer loan and new member applications; assist members with online services including bill pay and personal financial management; process daily transaction items through branch capture; balance daily; maintain appropriate records and required reports; maintain department quality standards related to monthly call volume, not ready time, abandoned ratio, and call monitor evaluation; and assist other departments as needed. High school diploma or GED and one to two years similar or related experience.
