The Account Management Representative is responsible for activities related to partner recruitment, ongoing relationship management, business planning, development, and relationship management of mid-market services, marketing, solutions, and reseller partners. They will assist in vast areas of APAC Customer Service's Business. Ranging from account management, Partner marketing, and impact into open and select space
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner pipeline metrics (volume and velocity)
New Customer add targets (new customers; new revenue)
Number of customer references & partner case studies
Partner Business Plans (PBPs) and Partner Solution Plans (PSPs) completed for 100% of Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners
POC/MPE's are also a measure of success measured through the pipeline
Partner Service Plan penetration rates for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners
Intelligence regarding partner capabilities and partner capacity in the sub-region/territory
Partner Business Plans (PBP) and subsequent Partner Solution Plans (PSPs) in place that clearly defines the jointly developed strategy and tactics for the partnership between Client & all Managed Partners; alignment of the Plan (PBP) with local and Area partner strategies.
Healthy and predictable partner-driven pipelines that include sufficient qualified opportunities to meet or exceed quota for the territory
Generation of through-partner customer adds that meet or exceed customer add targets
Marketing & Prospecting: high-quality lead generation & customer engagement with partners (where appropriate)
Recruitment, development and maintenance of Solutions partners (including competitive partners) who can provide enhanced bespoke and packaged solutions based on Client products for all customer segments and key market verticals
Facilitation of partner interaction with various (and appropriate) Product, Services and Marketing groups
Ensuring that partners are receiving the technical and sales support needed to develop opportunities effectively and maintain their competence levels
Must be bilingual in English and French, both oral and written language skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of sales and/or business management experience preferred
Experience with business applications preferred (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and financial applications)
Previous business management experience, a plus
Working knowledge of Client Product Licensing (Licensing, a plus)
Working knowledge of Client Marketing Platforms (POC, ADS, MPE, GRAB)
Presentation skills a MUST
Some travel is required
Minimum 1 years of experience working with Client products & licensing preferred
Minimum 1 years of sales/marketing experience working with Client Partners/Customer preferred
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels partners and customers verbally and through written means
Manages and adapts to change
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of products
Excellent internal and external customer service
