Sales Account Executive

Description:
The ideal candidate will have mid to senior level agency and client direct relationships. They need to be savvy media seller with the ability to inspire trust and represent Adap.tv. Currently in-market and their network should be strong!

Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive will build and own Adap.tv’s relationships with big brand advertisers and advertising agencies.
The Sales Executive is an individual contributor/hunter role, and will play an integral part in the company’s growth.
The Sales Executive will evangelize Adap.tv's unique value proposition in the video ecosystem, driving agency direct media campaigns.
The Sales Executive will be an integral part of the Adap.tv leadership, with frequent input into business strategy and team decision making.

Requirements:
History of strong, relationship-based strategic selling and rapport-building with client organizations.
A senior level presence with the ability to inspire trust and represent Adap.tv with senior exec at top tier ad agencies and big brand direct advertiser’s is required - current network should be strong!
Proven history of exceeding quota expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing skills.
BS + 2-5 years of premium publisher, ad network (video preferred), Mobile sales experience.
