Kearney & Company is currently seeking a DEAMS Deployment Team Lead at the Senior Manager level with extensive Air Force Financial Management experience to join our DEAMS Team in Dayton, OH. DEAMS is the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System. The successful candidate will serve as the DEAMS Deployment lead for multiple bases. During the deployment period, candidate will be required to travel extensively.

Required Skills
  • Experience managing deployment schedule and resources for multiple base deployments
  • Experience supporting and/or conducting training classes for new DEAMS users
  • How to provide post-deployment hands-on support at the deployed site
  • Knowledge of best practices on how to capture post-deployment issues, identify action officers for problem resolution, draft lessons learned from each deployment location, and monitoring completion of all action items
  • Experience in the analysis and resolution of Serena Help Desk Tickets is a plus
Required Experience Other Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (at least 10 years hands-on experience with Air Force financial systems)
  • Prior DEAMS user experience is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Air Force Financial Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Federal ERP Implementations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)
