Position Description:
As the Administrative Assistant you will be supporting two managers within the Health Services department and occasionally working cross functionally with other internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
Taking inbound and making outbound calls

Clerical duties: copies, scanning, printing and faxing

Scheduling manager calendars

Business Segment Liaison duties (will receive training to onboard new employees)

Order supplies

Core Competencies:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Typing and taking meeting minutes is very important

Team players and people who are proactive, solution oriented

Attendance is also very important

Requirements

Position Description:
High school education or GED is the minimum requirement

Must have at least 2+ years of experience within a support capacity: Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or Medical Assistant

Must have typing skills on a computer keyboard

Microsoft Excel: Must have basic skills to create spreadsheets

Microsoft PowerPoint: Must know how to create basic presentations

Assets:
Technical training or higher education is highly preferred

Current or past experience as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL)

Microsoft Outlook experience
