Supports dental group practice mission/ vision/ values/ goals/ strategies
  • Diagnose oral pathology; develop, present, and deliver patient care using sequenced/ comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain current comprehensive and accurate patient records of each patient's care consistent with the Patient Records Protocol
  • Address and satisfy patient care expectations, chief complaint and help to provide solutions/ prevent patient grievances
  • Works efficiently and productively with quality care to trended outcomes; support and adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines that are subject to peer review and Quality Assurances activities
  • Commitment to planned hours, work schedule, and productivity.
  • Participates in dental group practice projects/ meetings and serves on committees as requested. Attends all group sponsored continuing education
  • Consults with peers/ specialists within dental group regarding patient care treatment/ alternatives/ and group treatment philosophy.
  • Be committed to continuous improvement as a professional and be open to mentoring.
  • Supports and contributes to quality improvement projects within the dental practice
  • Provides positive behavior and professional team oriented leadership role within the dental practice and group. Demonstrates positive patient and staff team rapport, working to build confidence and self- esteem, treating them with the respect they deserve. Never disparage the group, its doctors, or staff in any type of public setting-both during working hours and non-working hours.
