Department: Senior Living Administration
Job Reporting Relationships:
Supervised by: Executive Director
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
Skill(s): Speak and understand English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills and knowledge of PC software; knowledge of various office machines. Refer to separate analysis for physical requirements of the essential functions with or without accommodation.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions normally
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the human resource and payroll functions; coordinating work within the community, reporting pertinent information to the Executive Director; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
