Terraqua, Inc. is seeking a professional, part-time permanent Business Administrator to work at our Entiat office, Entiat, WA. Minimum of Associates Degree in Business Administration or Management or related. Minimum of five (5) years professional experience in any combination of office management, accounting, human resources, executive assistance or similar role, with a minimum of two (2) years of those in a supervisory capacity (required). Experience working for a government contractor, government agency or public utility district desirable. Skilled computer literacy, including ability to install and configure computer hardware and software, maintain MS Access databases and MS Excel spreadsheets, create documents in MS Word, make website updates through an FTP server. Excellent writing ability, with some experience with scientific, technical or legal writing a plus. High speed and accurate transcription and data entry skills. Personable, a team player, and able to travel and work offsite occasional when required (meetings, conferences, conduct project site visits). Must possess a valid Driver's License. Willing to take and able to successfully clear a criminal background inquiry. Willing to obtain current First Aid and CPR certification.
