Salary: Up to 100k-120k per year

Manage all aspects of the Coops / Condos for a property management company including leadership to the Coop / Condo team.
Functions of the Job:
1. Supervise five property managers, and support staff.
2. Manage a portfolio of coops and condos.
3. Provide leadership and coach to junior managers.
4. Manage all financial aspects of properties.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Coop and Condo Management in a senior role.
Extensive experience working with unions and board of directors.
Supervising experience of a team.
Fluency in Excel a plus.
Communication and Presentation skills a must.
CPM certificate a plus.
