In this role you will:
Perform accurate and timely data entry related to policy processing.
Review data to send to regulatory authorities for use in the development of experience ratings calculated by the regulatory authority.
Perform quality control functions on all aspects of policy processing to ensure policy and endorsement accuracy, as well as data accuracy and integrity; maintain related records.
Order and deliver experience ratings to underwriting personnel and agents in a timely manner.
Gather and compile information.
Correspond with applicable internal/external customers when necessary to obtain required information.
Deliver excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must have:
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of related experience, to include knowledge of the insurance industry, workers' compensation, and underwriting.
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
Knowledge of automated systems and image technology.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent attendance record.
