CLINICAL RESEARCH SUPERVISOR (#27914)TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Hatton Research Institute in Cincinnati, OHFT, daysThe Research Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining a sponsored clinical trials program for the Hatton Institute in one of the following areas of specialty: Cardiothoracic, Oncology, or Dermatology. The supervisor shall have 24-hour accountability for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the department's activities. This includes patient care, human resources, financial management, department environment and customer service issues. Additionally, this position requires ongoing monitoring and evaluation of FDA/HHS regulations and requirements specific to human subjects research in order to maintain departmental compliance with these regulatory agencies. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Nursing; Basic Life Support (BLS); CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator); Registered Nurse; CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Clinical Nursing, Clinical Trial Research SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines/regulatory requirements for clinical trial management.; position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people, deliver on clinical projects, and align with business initiativesApply online at www.trihealth.com to job #27914
