This position is located in the Unemployment Insurance (UI) division in Spartanburg. Incumbent will direct and manage all aspects and operations of a UI Claims Center. Plans, coordinates and manages SC DEW staff within a UI Claims Center. Coordinates all UI programs to ensure that staff meet and exceed UI program performance goals and objective and are in compliance with federal and state measures.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in claims processing, adjudication, insurance or similar activities. One year of supervisory experience; or successful completion of the SC DEW Supervisory Development Program by SC DEW employees.
