Under the direction of the Building & Grounds Director, the custodian is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting all other departments as needed including setting up for meetings, special events, etc.

The candidate must be 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma
or GED, and equivalent work experience. The candidate must be able to
work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability
to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Customer service skills are
critical in working with members, staff, and the general public. Physical
requirements include the ability to remain standing and walking for
extended periods of time and be able to lift/carry/move up to 25 pounds.
