We currently have a temp to perm Director of Merchandise Planning position for candidates with bachelors degree, or equivalent, and 8-12 years of retail planning or financial analysis experience. This position will develop/supervise, consolidate and communicate comprehensive pre-season planning strategies that identify opportunities and risks across company departments. It also includes weekly analysis of item selling/total sales by department as it relates to the greater company targers and managing in-store profitability in order to achieve or exceed seasonal plans.
