The Revere Group is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management professional who has experience working as a Project Manager.

Change Management-Develop and deliver sponsorship, communication, training and support, as well as redesign process and assess impact to prepare people for organizational, process & technical changes.
Organizational Alignment-Redefine and transform an organization, business unit and/or department by revising its business strategy, processes, organization design, capabilities and rewards.
Learning Solutions-Define enterprise-wide learning strategies across people, process and technology dimension.
This individual will be highly focused on delivering change management solutions for our clients. Typical projects range in length from 4 weeks to 6 months. While we employ a regional delivery approach, client travel is inevitable. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will manage and/or participate the following types of activities on large technology and process projects:
Development of Change Management strategies (e.g., communications, training, leadership development) for technology/process implementations
Development of communications plans, messages and materials
Development and management of training strategies for process, technology and/or behavior changes-including instructor-led training, on-line training and support strategies
Training design and development (process and technology related)
Sponsorship activities (e.g., senior executive alignment and coaching)
Assessment and analysis of role/organization impacts
Project planning and project management experience for Change Management and/or Organization Alignment initiatives
Depending upon level, the successful candidate may also be involved in the further tuning of our sales collateral and our tools/methodologies, as well as involved in pre-sales and sales efforts.
The qualified candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development or similar field Masters degree a plus
10-15 years experience in providing organizational change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects and other departmental/organizational initiatives
Experience across the areas of sponsorship/leadership development, communications, training and organization development
Experience in development of organizational change management methods, tools and frameworks
Experience in large and complex corporate environments managing organizational change management efforts in process/technology projects and/or in support of divisional efforts
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to travel is needed
