DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting Sales Representatives in their effort to sell in-store displays and graphics to Retailers and Brand Marketers. Be a resource and liaison for the Sales Representative as well as the customer to initiate, land, or manage projects through completion.
DUTIES
Work with the Sales Representative to present the customer the most cost effective and production feasible option for each project.
Understand customer requests and translate that information clearly and concisely following established processes and procedures.
Input requests for customer quotes and orders.
Develop a strong working relationship with customers and other associates that will ensure success.
Communicate daily with Customers, Sales, & Operations to ensure that the sales team's prototypes, estimates, and in-process jobs are on schedule.
Conduct meetings to facilitate proper communication for customer projects to make sure all appropriate people are informed. Carry out follow up to ensure people are on task to ensure successful completion of projects/jobs.
Contact current and dormant customers as assigned to proactively cultivate for increased sales
Assist where needed to research prospects and contacts
Participate in meetings related to learning, developing or improving procedures and processes that will improve Immedia and provide the customer with premier products and service.
Develop a working knowledge of Immedia's production capabilities.
Perform any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 year degree related to business or equivalent experience required, 4 year degree preferred.
2 or more years experience in display and/or graphics related field.
2 or more years experience in customer service and/or sales.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).
