Systems Interface Analyst
Job Description:
·
Work day-to-day interface issues between procurement and finance systems with impact to accounts receivable and accounts payable
·
Create adhoc reports in support of audits, world class benchmarking metrics, etc.
·
Perform audits in support of Sarbanes Oxley requirements
·
Assist with problem resolution pertaining to contract closeouts, material base processing, blocked invoices
·
Work with FSS on Enterprise AP collaboration initiatives to expand e-initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
·
Minimum 4 years of business experience
·
Expertise in SAP
·
Business Warehouse Power User
·
Experience working with all levels of management and cross functional teams.
·
Advanced Microsoft Office experience
(Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
·
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Business or Finance
·
Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable process and how they relate to procurement
Desired Qualifications:
·
Advanced Microsoft Access knowledge
·
Microsoft Excel Macro programming
·
Finance background
·
Strong Analytical skills and ability to drive problem resolution
