The candidate will serve as a senior analyst for the application of experimental intelligence and military operations fusion techniques that will counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) and inform combatant command operations and planning.
Duties (Listed in order of importance with the estimated amount of time spent
at each task):
Develop new concepts and experiments for the fusion of intelligence and operational military data to provide situational awareness and planning support to military combatant commands responsible for CWMD operations (60%).
Assist in the integration of experimental capabilities into new and existing toolkits. Provide operational evaluation of early capability experimental systems (20%).
Conduct evaluations of prototype data fusion systems with service and combatant command personnel. Meet with combatant command personnel (10%).
Meet with intelligence community, combat support agencies, and military organizations to obtain tools and data sets for evaluation in data fusion and analysis experiments (10%).

Bachelor’s Degree plus extensive experience in all source intelligence analysis with an emphasis on counter terrorism (CT). Experience working at system integration labs/data fusion centers with familiarity of associated tools and infrastructure. Should be proficient with link analysis tools such as Palantir, Analyst Notebook, etc and the data feeds required for their effective use as well as advanced analytics to support pattern of life analyses. Capable of evaluating and mapping threats in the WMD domain required. Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance.
Significant experience within the bio-domain strongly desired. Military operational background with J2 Battlestaff interactions. Advanced degree in military or intelligence operations.
Special Working Conditions:
Significant travel required, up to 90%, to government facilities within the Washington, D.C. metro region required. Work in closed areas required.
Applicant must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance.
