We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Account Executive in our Exposition Services group who will give both our internal and external clients the best service in the industry. The primary purpose of this role is to solicit, maintain and grow new and existing accounts through cold calls, networking, and referrals, you will also be responsible for:
Makes a constant effort to find new business
Manages the sale of all Freeman lines including, but not limited to: Carpet, furnishings, exhibit installation, dismantle, audio visual equipment and productions, global transportation, electrical services, event communications, content development, delivery and measurement services
Obtains future schedule of clientele and solicits appropriate future business
Manages problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer’s needs
Responds to customer complaints and handles payment collection process as required
Entertain clients as necessary
Now that you know what this position does, do you have the background to do the job?
You should have up to two (2) years of business experience with proven sales results and success in managing multiple accounts. Industry related sales experience is helpful, but not required
You will have strong working knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent professional presentation skills
A Bachelor's Degree from a college or university is preferred
