Responsible for achieving sales objectives through the advance sale of product/brands and packages to assigned store customers. This position is assigned various routes determined by vacation/time off schedules of assigned (relief) routes.

Provides critical / constructive feedback on market conditions to associated DSM.

Assist in the coaching, training and development of account managers.

Execute and close all sales calls for assigned (relief) sales route. 40%

Maintain and as needed, prospect for and secure new accounts as needed, sell incremental displays and secure incremental equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance with mandated Customer Value Promotions. 35%

Assist with coaching, training and development of new account managers as well as current account managers as determined by DSM. 10%

Assist in reporting to help evaluate specific needs in identified accounts. 5%

High School or GED (General Education Diploma)

3+ professional selling experience

Bachelor Degree/3-4 Yr College - Univ. Degree preferred
