The Corporate Operations and Real Estate (CORE) group is responsible for managing real estate portfolio and leases and owned properties for The Walt Disney Company. The CORE Finance is supporting the group with financial tracking of capital projects, annual planning, quarterly operating forecast, cashflow projections and management reporting.

Responsibilities
The Undergraduate Intern will contribute to the management of several projects with specific responsibility for such things as: Run reports from SAP on a monthly basis for 50+ cost centers o Download detail cost center actuals to excel used for analysis o BW detail reports to be sent to managers o GD13 report to tie numbers Refresh monthly operating results and ensure that all charges are included in the report Complete journal entry templates for reclasses Investigate telephone charges in cost centers to make sure it is current and correct Open and close internal orders for events Update actual report for Non-Departmental Prepare budget templates include Corporate Expense Hierarchy Prepare templates for cost center forecast to Forecast and Planning Run a project capital report monthly Combine each region’s operating and capital spending forecast to a consolidated report Assist with Annual Operating Plan presentation deck

Basic Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Highly organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Team player and a flexible approach to shifting priorities Preferred SAP/Business Warehouse experience Ability to work in Burbank, CA. Ability to work 15-20 while in school and up to 40 hours per week during summer and winter breaks.

Preferred Education
Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
