Embody and instill our values into daily operations
•Work with the owner and area director to set customer service and sales goals
•Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including creating work schedules, managing inventory and cash, and reinforcing systems and processes
•Build, motivate and lead a high-performing team of massage therapists and sales associates
•Train and coach salespeople to achieve individual and team sales goals
•Provide excellent service to customers when answering phone calls, greeting members upon arrival, setting appointments, and selling memberships
•Maintain a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers
•2-5 years of experience managing a service-oriented retail location
•Additional 5+ years of sales experience
•A passion about the wellness benefits of therapeutic massage
•The ability and desire to connect and communicate with employees to inspire high quality work that leads to great customer experiences
•A strong sense of urgency and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities efficiently and effectively
•Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to delegate and involve employees in achieving success
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
•Willingness to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule and periodically work varied hours to interact with staff who work other shifts
