We are looking for a self-starter to make an impact in our accounting department. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Our company is looking for a loyal, long-term employee with a very stable job history.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Process A/P and A/R Financial statement preparation and analysis G/L entries and reconciliations Quarterly payroll taxes Payroll processing Bank reconciliation Account maintenance
Qualifications Must have at least 5 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Experience with QuickBooks required Proficient in MS Word and Excel required Experience with ProSeries software a plus Ability to communicate with all levels of management Strong attention to detail Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
