The Commercial Account Specialist is responsible for business growth and development in Western and Tri-Cities region and to maximize client satisfaction of AHC services; to optimize client's ability to provide for their patients safety, comfort, and well-being; to improve awareness and confidence among SNF(s), healthcare professionals and physicians regarding AHC's ability to provide DME and supplies to care for their patients; to serve as a liaison between clients and the Support Center Commercial Accounts Team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
The Commercial Account Specialist shall possess a 2 year college degree plus 4 years experience in one of the related fields; customer service, retail sales, clinic sales or Health Care sales is required. Previous work experience in the health care sales field is preferred. Candidate should demonstrate outstanding customer service, broad base knowledge and have demonstrated leadership potential. Candidate must possess computer skills, strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently. Requires valid Driver's License.
