Description : Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Help Desk, assist with the resolution of network systems and applications problems as reported to ensure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network, which meets customer needs.
Qualifications : Equivalent to a high school graduate and knowledge of 3rd party billing to include ICD-9, CPT-4 coding, UB92, and HCFA 1500 claim form, and keyboarding. Understand debit and credit. One year related experience.
