Coordinates Bolt Bus traffic in and out of terminal.
Coordinates bus arrivals and departures, including customer boarding
Occasionally, assists passenger transfer of luggage (i.e., luggage transfer responsibility belongs primarily to passenger, secondarily with driver).
Effective communications skills (e.g., face-to-face with customers)
Must be able to deal quickly and effectively resolve customer questions, issues and/or complaints - serves as on-site point of contact for customers
Remain up to date on scheduling, arrivals and departures; discuss pricing;
General coordination as needed
Must be able to work without direct supervision
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college (Preferred)
- Effective communications skills (e.g., face-to-face with customers)
- Must be able to deal quickly and effectively resolve customer questions, issues and/or complaints
