Job Description Responsible for responding to complex inquiries, solving non-routine problems using independent judgment and discretion, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service . Coordinates with account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. Makes on-site presentations to existing and prospective clients to educate and inform. May be involved in new account installations.. Responsibilities
The Client Strategy Specialist will be responsible for working directly with corporate plan administrators to set goals for Wellness initiatives and set expectations for service and administration needs of the corporate health insurance program. The incumbent will participate in conduct enrollment meetings and wellness events for new customers as well as renewing customers. They will enjoy being on the front line interacting directly with corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. This is a great career opportunity for a service oriented professional that has positive attitude in addition to knowledge and awareness of trends influencing the future of health and wellness.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Candidates will be required to have their State Life and Health License within 90 days of date of hire. Candidates with previous work experience in the Service Industry are high recommended to apply. Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/English)
